Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are made between the Client (the Client) and The Collective Business Support (The Collective).

The Client requests The Collective to perform administrative and marketing support services for it and may request The Collective to perform other services in the future and: 

Term and Termination 

This Agreement is effective immediately upon the availability of a package tier and remains in full force and effect until The Collective has completed the services, or unless earlier terminated by both parties. 

Should any of the parties choose to terminate the contract, they are required to give the other party two weeks’ notice. 

Contractor Services 

The Client shall not be responsible for federal, state, and local taxes derived from The Collective’s net income. 

The Collective is not entitled to workers’ compensation, retirement, insurance, or other benefits. 

Ownership 

Both parties represent that they are fully authorized and empowered to enter into this agreement, and that performance will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party. 

Non-Compete

The Collective has invested time and resources to fully train and support the employees or independent contractors that are assigned to accomplish tasks for the Client. As such, the Client shall not hire directly or indirectly, The Collective’s employees or independent contractors whether current or former, unless made through The Collective or with The Collective’s written consent. Should the Client decide to hire an employee or independent contractor of The Collective, they will compensate The Collective US $10,000 for such.

Confidential Information 

All information given to or obtained by The Collective and the team is confidential. 

Compensation 

The Client agrees to pay their selected package from the three tiers of support below. Payments will be made upfront and on a monthly recurring basis.

Available packages:

• Silver package (30 hours per month) ~ $450/month

• Gold package (80 hours per month) ~ $1,200/month

• Platinum package (160 hours per month) ~ $2,400/month

Client agrees that it will engage The Collective to render the specified minimum hours of services per month based on the selected package. The same compensation policy applies if the Client requests a customized payment structure.
